The Placement Pros Pledge

We believe labour shortages are not a shortage of people — they are a shortage of pathways. Placement Pros exists to build those pathways.

We pledge to source talent inclusively and ethically: youth entering the workforce, persons with disabilities, newcomers to Canada, workers from rural and agricultural communities, and skilled multilingual professionals from around the world. Where others see a hard-to-fill role, we look for a hard-to-reach person and build the bridge.

We pledge that every worker is treated with dignity, placed transparently, and never charged recruitment fees — and that every employer receives a workforce built on genuine inclusion, because inclusive teams are stronger, more adaptable, and more loyal.

    Registration is free for every candidate, always. Our intake is adapted to accessibility needs so no one is turned away by the process itself.

    We collaborate with Alberta community associations and rural and agricultural talent networks to reach workers other agencies overlook.

    Ethical global recruitment

    Francophone Mobility and federal pathways handled in full IRCC compliance. Workers are never charged recruitment fees — not now, not ever.

    Fair and transparent placement

    Candidates know the role, wage, and working conditions before they sign anything. Personal data is handled in line with PIPEDA.

    Growth beyond placement

    We support careers across hospitality, events, manufacturing, IT, healthcare, trades, and creative sectors — long after the first placement.

    These commitments are reviewed annually with leadership and community partners, and any updates are published here in public.
